3 Steves Five Course Wine Dinner on Wednesday 2nd August at 6pm

Join us for a magical evening of 5 delicious beautifully prepared courses with perfectly paired wines from the 3 Steves winery. Yes this winery was started by 3 guys called Steve, who all owned part of a small boutique winery where they learned the art, science, and business aspects of the wine industry.

Together they decided to create their own wines and officially opened their doors in 2013 in the Livermore wine region, known for its quality wines. Since then they have won many awards and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase these incredible wines to you.

Wine Dinner Menu

1st Course

Ahi Tuna Ceviche
Fresh Ahi tuna ginger beer lemon juice and pineapple served with wontons.
Paired with 3 Steves Brut Sparkling Wine – A light, dry sparkling wine from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir

2nd Course

Baby Spinach Salad
Served with a ginger dressing with carmelized walnuts, fresh mango and cherry tomatoes.
Paired with 3 Steves 2016 Sauvignon Blanc – Citrus fruit notes, crisp yet silky mouth feel; aged in stainless steel.

3rd Course

Cavatelli Pasta
Small pasta shells served with a wild boar meat ragu and grilled seasonal vegetables topped with shaved parmigiano reggiano cheese.
Paired with 3 Steves 2014 3 Zins – A blend of Zinfandel from 3 growing regions in California with plenty of dark fruit.

4th Course

Two Filet Mignon Medallions
Grilled and topped with Gorgonzola cream sauce and 3 Steves cab wine reduction with wild mushrooms.
Paired with 3 Steves 2013 Small Lot 2 Cabernet Sauvignon Wine was aged in Oak for 33 months; 1 year in the bottle.


Tartuffo Caffe
Cappuccino gelato with a heart of espresso covered with caffe
